Frostbite to participate in fundraiser for Rutland Fieldhouse

GLENS FALLS, NY - The Adirondack Frostbite, proud member of the United Hockey League, announced today that the team will participate in the second annual Rutland Fieldhouse Fundraiser on Tuesday, December 6.

The event begins with a Frostbite intra-squad scrimmage at the Rutland Fieldhouse from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Following the scrimmage, the event shifts to the Holiday Inn Rutland/Killington for dinner featuring Frostbite co-owner, and ESPN hockey analyst, Barry Melrose as guest speaker. After dinner, there will be a live auction with a number of great prizes.

Tickets are $25 for adults, and children are free. The ticket price includes: full dinner buffet, entry to the live auction, meet and greet with Barry Melrose and the Frostbite players, autographs, giveaways, entrance to the scrimmage, and much more. Tickets can be purchased at the Rutland Fieldhouse, on-line at www.rutlandregionalfieldhouse.org, or by calling (802) 775-3100. All proceeds from the event benefit the Rutland Fieldhouse.

The Frostbite are back in action on Wednesday, hosting the Port Huron Flags at 7:05 p.m. It's another Wacky Wednesday, with 14-ounce Bud, Bud Light, and Coors Light drafts just $2. Plus, fans will have the opportunity to win one of several turkeys to be given away throughout the game, courtesy of the Glen Street Price Chopper.
