Fritsche Dealt To Knights For Package of Draft Picks

Sarnia, ON – The Sarnia Sting Hockey Club has announced that it has traded fourth year centre Danny Fritsche to the London Knights in exchange for a package of draft picks.

The Sting receives a 2nd round pick in 2007, a 3rd round pick in 2006, and Kingston's 5th round pick in 2005. The Sting now has 13 picks in the first three rounds of the next three OHL Priority Selections.

Fritsche who due to injury and time at the World Junior Tournament has been limited to just two games thus far with the Sting this season.

In other transactions the Sudbury Wolves claimed right winger Jeff Christison off of OHL waivers.
