Tacoma, WA - Jake Fraley launched a home run and provided the game-winning single in the bottom of the 10th inning as the Tacoma Rainiers took their third consecutive game and the four-game series against the Reno Aces on Sunday at Cheney Stadium, 5-4.

Tacoma (46-48) secured the first run of the game when Fraley launched a solo blast to right-center field in his first at-bat to put the Rainiers ahead in the bottom of the first, 1-0. The 24-year-old went 3-for-4 in the victory, coming up a triple shy of the cycle.

Southpaw Jon Niese made the start for Tacoma and surrendered four runs across six innings before Tyler Cloyd (1-8) took over with the Aces (40-53) ahead, 4-1. The right-hander was efficient in his first two scoreless innings, needing just four pitches to get through a perfect seventh and 11 to deliver a scoreless eighth. Cloyd retired the final six Aces of the game, stranding the automatic runner at third base in the top half of the 10th.

In the home half of the seventh, Tim Lopes singled home John Andreoli and Fraley to narrow the deficit, 4-3.

With Tacoma still trailing by a run in the bottom of the ninth, Ryan Court lifted a solo home run to left-center field that knotted up the score. Court's blast was his fifth in as many games played, making him the first Rainiers hitter to homer in five-straight contests since Mike Zunino in April 2016.

In the bottom of the 10th, automatic runner Jordan Pacheco moved to third base on an error by first baseman Yasmany Tomas. After former Tacoma hurler Marc Rzepczynski intentionally walked Andreoli to load the bases, Fraley lined the first pitch he saw into right field to score Pacheco and win the game.

The walk-off victory was Tacoma's fifth this season, and was Fraley's first game-winning hit with the Rainiers.

The Rainiers will start another four-game series as they host the Las Vegas Aviators, Triple-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics, beginning Monday at Cheney Stadium. First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. PDT as right-hander Mike Wright (0-1, 2.66) makes the start for Tacoma.
