Four Game Home Stand Begins Tonight Vs. San Antonio

The Grizzlies (13-34-0-3) begin a four game home stand tonight when hey square off against their Western Division rival San Antonio Rampage (22-28-2-4). The two teams have split six games this season with the Grizzlies posting a 2-1 record at the 'E' Center and overall have won the last two games in the series. San Antonio is in the midst of a 12 game road trip that has them 3-4 thus far but they have lost three straight games being outscored 12-2. Utah will host San Antonio and Houston twice each during their home stand.

Tonight's Storylines:

- Utah has earned points in three straight home games going 2-0-0-1 with all three games going to shootouts.

- The Grizzlies are 8-5-0-1 in their last 14 home games.

- Left wing Aaron Gavey will be playing in his 700th professional game tonight.

- Right wing Randall Gelech is currently on a four-game point streak (2-2 -4), the second longest on the team this season.

- Utah signed defenseman David Cornacchia on Friday. He had played 13 games with Utah last season and 45 games with Idaho (ECHL) this season posting 16 points (8-8 -16).

- Forwards Martin Podlesak (shoulder), Sheldon Keefe (knee) and Jeff Taffe (facial injuries) remain out of the line-up for Utah

Next Game: The Grizzlies and Rampage will meet again tomorrow night at the 'E' Center during *NASCAR Night* presented by Rocky Mountain Raceway and Ford. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
