Wolf Pack Offer Discounts to Military and Students

HARTFORD, February 18, 2005: For the remainder of the regular season, the Hartford Wolf Pack will recognize members of the military and students by offering special discounts to home games.

The Wolf Pack, who are named after the United States Navy's term for a group of submarines in attack formation, will begin the discount offer for the military with the club's game against the Norfolk Admirals this coming Sunday, February 20. The Wolf Pack will offer Red and Blue Wolf seating at half price for all members of the armed forces presenting their military ID. Adult tickets will cost $8 or $10, with a limit of four (4) tickets per ID.

Additionally, the team has introduced special college nights for the remainder of the regular season. College students, with ID will be able to purchase tickets in the Red and Blue Wolf seating areas to Wednesday, Friday and Sunday games for half price. Tickets will cost $8 or $10, with a limit of two (2) tickets per ID. This promotion will begin on Wednesday, February 23. Both offers are good for tickets purchased at the Hartford Civic Center Box Office ONLY.

Tickets start as low as $8.00 for youth 16 and under in advance and can be purchased at the Hartford Civic Center Box Office, all Ticketmaster locations, including Filene's at the Buckland Hills Mall and at the Westfarms Mall. The AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack hockey club is part of Madison Square Garden LP. Cablevision Systems Corporation owns a controlling interest in MSG LP, which also includes the New York Rangers (NHL), New York Knicks (NBA), the New York Liberty (WNBA), the MSG Network, Fox Sports Net and the Madison Square Garden arena complex.
