DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Stars Director of Hockey Operations Scott White announced that the Des Moines-based team has recalled center D'Arcy McConvey from the club's ECHL affiliate, the Idaho Steelheads.

Initially recalled on December 28th, this is the second recall for the 5-10, 190-pound McConvey in the past seven days. The Richmond Hill, Ontario native departed Idaho with 16 goals and 20 assists in 23 games.

His most recent stint with Iowa saw him play in one game (Dec. 28th at Houston) recording a ‘minus 1' and two penalty minutes.

He made his AHL debut on November 18th.

Last season with the Columbia Inferno (ECHL), McConvey posted 23 goals and 31 assists in 60 games: 60(23/31/54).

NEXT GAME: The Iowa Stars are in Milwaukee on January 5th and in Chicago on January 7th before returning home to Wells Fargo Arena on Tuesday, January 10th to host the Cleveland Barons.
