Washington, D.C. (July 19, 2010) - D.C. United announced today forward Adam Cristman has undergone successful sports hernia surgery. Cristman traveled to Munich, Germany to repair a tear to his lower abdominal wall. The procedure was done by Dr. Ulrike Muschaweck. The forward is expected to make a full recovery following two to three weeks of rehabilitation with United's medical staff.
