Football club seeking anthem singers

Winnipeg Blue Bombers News Release

WINNIPEG, MB - Do you have a great voice? Do you enjoy performing in front of large crowds? Do you love football?

If you answered yes to any of the above, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers want to hear from you. The football club is looking for singers to perform the national anthem during 2007 Winnipeg Blue Bomber home games.

Individuals or groups interested in performing the national anthem are asked to send in or drop off a CD of themselves singing O'Canada at the Blue Bomber offices at Canad Inns Stadium at 1465 Maroons Road. Please write on the packaging "Attention Carol Fossay."

The deadline for submissions is MONDAY, APRIL 16.

Suitable candidates will be contacted by the football club and invited to audition at Canad Inns Stadium in early-May.
