Flames Sign Prospect Mark Jankowski

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Flames announced today that they have signed 2012 NHL first round draft pick Mark Jankowski to an entry-level contract. The contract will begin in 2016-17 and he will report to Stockton on an amateur try-out agreement.
Jankowski, a 21-year-old centre, just finished his senior season with Providence College of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. He skated in all 38 games for the Providence Friars this season and led the team in goals (15), assists (25), points (40), and plus/minus (+24).
