Flames Recall Andrew Mangiapane and Tanner Glass; Assign Ryan Lomberg to Stockton; Place Mike Smith on IR

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Flames announced today that they have recalled forwards, Tanner Glass and Andrew Mangiapane from the Stockton Heat of the American Hockey League. The Flames have also assigned forward, Ryan Lomberg to Stockton and placed goaltender, Mike Smith on the Injury Reserve.

Glass, a native of Craven, Saskatchewan, has played in 21 games for the Heat this season notching two goals and three assists for five points.

HEIGHT: 6'1" WEIGHT: 209 lbs.

DRAFTED: FLA - 9th round, 265th overall, in the 2003 NHL Draft

Mangiapane, a native of Bolton, Ontario, has 19 goals and 23 assists for 42 points in 36 games for the Stockton Heat this season.
