Falcons Trading Cards Set For Friday

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today the first edition of the 2005-06 Springfield Falcons trading cards will be given away when the Falcons host the Hartford Wolf Pack on Friday, December 9 at the MassMutual Center sponsored by Pizzeria Uno Chicago Bar and Grill and Velocity Sports. The first 2,000 sets of trading cards will be handed out prior to the 7:35 PM starting time.
The first edition of the Falcons trading cards will include the following players: #62 Andre Deveaux, #28 Brad Tiley, #30 Brian Eklund, #39 Darren Reid, #55 Dennis Packard, #6 Doug O'Brien, and #37 Gerald Coleman. All seven players will be at the Pizzeria Uno located next to the Hilton Garden Inn on Chestnut Street in Springfield from 6-7:15 PM on Wednesday, December 14 signing autographs.
The Falcons will play three games in three days this weekend they host the Hartford Wolf Pack on Friday, December 9, followed by the Manchester Monarchs on Saturday, December 10 at the MassMutual Center. Springfield travels to Providence on Sunday, December 11 for a 4:05 matinee against the Bruins. All games can be heard live on the Falcons Hockey Network, WMAS AM 1450, as "The Voice" of the Falcons John Michael handles the play-by-play duties. All games can also be seen live through the B-2 Network for only $6.00.
