Crunch Announce Poland Spring \'Stick Child for a Game' Program

Syracuse, NY (December 8, 2005) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today the details of the Poland Spring ‘Stick Child for a Game' program.

During the 2005-06 season, Crunch fans between the ages of seven (7) and fifteen (15) will have the opportunity to sign up to become the Poland Spring ‘Stick Child for a Game'.

Selected fans will win a special and unique look into what goes on ‘behind the scenes' of a professional hockey game by serving as stick child for a game. Interested fans can sign-up at the Advance Auto Parts Guest Service Center, located outside the Crunch's main office during games.

Throughout the season, the Crunch and Poland Spring will select fifteen (15) winners. (Winners will be notified.) In addition to serving as a stick child, each participant will receive a Poland Spring and Crunch shirt.

The Crunch travel to Hamilton on Friday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m. Crunch action can be heard with play-by-play announcer on SportsRadio 620 WHEN or through B2 Networks on the Crunch's website at www.syracusecrunch.com. On Saturday, December 10, Syracuse hosts Toronto for a 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473- 4444, at the Oncenter Box Office, located on the State Street side of the War Memorial at Oncenter or by calling TicketMaster at (315) 472-0700.
