Falcons Hold Canned Food Drive on Sunday

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons announced today that the team will hold a food drive on Sunday, December 2, when they host the Bakersfield Condors at 5:00 p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable foods to benefit the Community Food Bank. Fans that donate food will receive a free ticket to a future Fresno Falcons home game.

"Our fans have always responded well when we have asked them to help out other members of our community," Falcons CEO John Tull said. "We expect a large amount of food to be donated on Sunday."

The Falcons return home on Friday, December 14, hosting the Victoria Salmon Kings at 7:30 p.m. The first 2,000 Fans in attendance will receive a Freddie Disco Snow Globe. On Sunday, December 16, be sure to check out Sponge Bob Square Pants, at a special start time of 3:00 p.m.

Tickets for all Falcons home games can be purchased at the Save Mart Center Box Office, or through TicketMaster at (559) 485-8497 or www.ticketmaster.com. All Falcons' games are broadcast on 790 ESPN Radio, The Deuce, starting 15 minutes prior to face-off with the Port of Subs Pre-Game Show.
