Falcons Blanked by Las Vegas, 4-0

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - The Fresno Falcons suffered their worst loss of the season at the hands of the Las Vegas Wranglers at Orleans Arena by a score of 4-0.

The teams remained scoreless until 13:02 of the first period when Las Vegas got on the scoreboard with a power play goal. The Wranglers increased their lead with their second power play goal at 16:29 of the period.

Las Vegas notched their third goal of the night at 1:58 of the second period on a goal by Mike Hamilton. The remainder of the second period was scoreless until 1:38 of the third period when Las Vegas notched their fourth and final goal of the night.

The Falcons play their final game of this two-game road series with Las Vegas on Tuesday night, game starting at 7:30 p.m. The Falcons return to Selland Arena for a three game weekend starting Friday, December 5, 2008.
