
Everblades make changes to roster

ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades President and General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Gerry Fleming announced today that forward Bill Kinkel has been activated off the 7-day injured reserve list and that forward Reggie Berg has been placed on the 3-day IR. As per team policy the injury was not disclosed. In addition, the Everblades moved defenseman Ryan Van Buskirk from the 3-day IR to the 7-day IR.
Kinkel returns to the lineup after missing the last five games. The 22-year-old has seen action in 24 games with the Everblades this season and has registered 95 penalty minutes. Now in his third professional season, the Buffalo, NY native has skated in 122 career games, notching 13 points (9g, 4a) and 505 PIM.
Berg heads to the IR after suffering an injury in Florida's 3-2 loss to Charlotte on February 2. The 30-year-old currently leads the Everblades in scoring with 46 points (21g, 25a) in 39 games. The native an Anoka, Minnesota earlier this season scored his 300th career point and also strung together a team-season high six-game point scoring streak from December 8 - 16.
