MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Jacksonville Suns (36-27, 70-60) earned a much-needed victory over the Montgomery Biscuits (30-34 67-67) in game four of a five-game series, breaking a two-game scoreless streak with a 9-0 victory at Riverwalk Stadium.

Bryan Evans (6-5) tossed a complete game shutout for Jacksonville, which also received big hits from Isaac Galloway, Derek Dietrich and Alex Burg that propelled the Suns back into first place in the Southern League South division.

Evans went the distance for his sixth win of the season, allowing just two hits and striking out a season high nine batters. It was the first nine-inning shutout for a Suns pitcher since 2010.

At the plate, Jacksonville broke out of a scoreless slump that had left them without a run since game one of the five-game series. Leading 1-0 into the 4th, Jacksonville extended its lead against Biscuits starter Enny Romero (11-7) on Galloway's two-run double. Mark Canha's RBI fielder's choice made it a 4-0 Suns advantage.

Evans made the four-run lead stand until the seventh, when Dietrich came to the plate with two runners on base and launched his tenth home run of the season to put Jacksonville ahead 7-0.

Burg's two-run single in the top of the ninth put the game well out of reach and ensured the Suns their second win of the series, setting up a rubber match on Tuesday.

Audy Ciriaco also starred for Jacksonville, finishing with a pair of hits in five at-bats in his return to the Suns lineup from Triple-A New Orleans.

The Suns go for the series victory on Tuesday, sending left-hander Justin Nicolino (3-2, 4.46) to the mound against Montgomery right-hander Marquis Fleming (4-6, 5.00). First pitch in the series finale is scheduled for 8:05 p.m. ET.

Suns fans can listen to Tuesday's game on the Suns Baseball Network, 94.1 WSOS-FM or through jaxsuns.com, MiLB.com or the Suns iPhone or Android app, beginning at 7:50 p.m. ET with the UF Health Suns Pre-Game Show.
