----- Today, the SeaWolves look for back-to-back wins as they take on the Bowie Baysox (Baltimore Orioles) in the rubber game of a three-game series at Jerry Uht Park. Last night, the SeaWolves snapped a five-game losing streak with a 7-2 win over the Baysox. The SeaWolves enter play today in fifth place in the Western Division, four games back of second place Richmond...Tonight, righty Patrick Cooper takes the mound for Erie making his 15th appearance and eighth start and second appearance against the Baysox. His first outing against Bowie was in relief on April 12. Cooper was a tough luck loser in his last start at Binghamton on July 13. He tossed a complete game in game one of a doubleheader allowing two runs on two hits with a walk and two strikeouts. Erie lost the game 2-0. Cooper has received just one run of support in his last two outings and has taken losses despite quality starts...RHP Eddie Gamboa takes the mound for the Baysox making his 16th appearance, sixth start and third appearance against Erie. Gamboa's previous two appearances against Erie came in relief. He earned a save on April 15 against the 'Wolves. Gamboa took a no-decision in his last start at Reding on July 13. In the game, he allowed five runs on nine hits with a walk and four strikeouts in 4.2 innings of work...The SeaWolves hit the road on Thursday for a seven day, eight game road trip to Altoona and Akron.
