ENTERING TONIGHT'S ACTION... The SeaWolves look to rebound tonight after a series opening loss on Monday as they take the field in the second game of a four game set against the Akron Aeros (Cleveland Indians) at Jerry Uht Park. The Aeros held off a ninth inning charge by the âWolves last night for a one-run win. The âWolves now have a pair of one-run losses to Akron this season. Last night's loss also dropped Erie to 7-17 in one-run games and to 6-20 in series openers...Tonight's starter, lefty Danny Christensen is making his 16th start of the season and his third against the Aeros. He picked up a win in his last start against Trenton tossing eight dominant innings, allowing a run on five hits with a walk and three strikeouts. He held the Thunder scoreless for the first six innings of the game before giving up the lone run in the seventh. Christensen's hot streak began with a win over Akron on May 24. Including that game, he is 5-1 with a no-decision in his last seven starts. In addition, he has tossed five or more innings in each of his last seven starts...Lefty Ryan Edell takes the bump for the Aeros. Edell is also making his 16th start and his third against the âWolves. He took a no-decision in his last start against Bowie going six innings, allowing two runs, one earned, on six hits with no walks and five strikeouts. Edell is 0-2 with a 6.75 ERA against Erie...Jeff Frazier has three-straight multi-hit games. He leads the club with 28 multi-hit games and is batting .444 in his last five games...Will Rhymes is batting .429 (9x21) in his last five games.
