Altoona Curve News Release
ALTOONA- The Altoona Curve will unveil the franchise's Official Tenth Anniversary Team as part of a special pre-game, on-field ceremony prior to Friday's 7:05 p.m. Fourth of July game against the Harrisburg Senators at Blair County Ballpark. Video greetings from selected players and other special content will highlight the ceremony.
The Curve's Tenth Anniversary team will consist of 15 top players from the franchise's first 10 seasons. One first baseman, second baseman, shortstop, third baseman, catcher and relief pitcher will be named to the team, as will four starting pitchers, three outfielders and two extra position players.

Curve fans had the opportunity to vote on the Tenth Anniversary Team in person at Blair County Ballpark, on-line at AltoonaCurve.com, and on ballots which were printed inside the Curve GameDay Program.
Several of the players selected to the Tenth Anniversary Team will be featured on a series of six (6) Photo Baseball Giveaway Nights, which will be held over the final two months of the 2008 season. Tenth Anniversary Team Photo Baseballs will be handed out to the first 2,000 fans attending the following games:
