ENTERING TONIGHT'S ACTION...

The SeaWolves continue their seven-day road trip tonight as they open up a three-game series at Commerce Bank Park against the Harrisburg Senators (Washington Nationals). The ‘Wolves were rained out yesterday in Altoona and finished that series dropping two of three, including losing a late lead on Saturday to fall to .500 on the season at 8-8. The SeaWolves have dropped four straight series since sweeping Bowie in a four-game set to open the season. Erie has not dropped under the .500 mark this season...The Senators took two of the from Erie during the two clubs first meeting in Harrisburg. The Sens are the top team in the Southern Division and are three games ahead of the second place ‘Wolves. The Senators are coming off a series sweep of New Hampshire and have won five of their last six games...RHP Josh Rainwater takes the mound for the ‘Wolves. Rainwater took a loss in his last outing against Bowie. It will be Rainwater's second start against Harrisburg. He is 1-0 against the Sens with the win coming in his first start of on April 8. In the game, he went 5.2 innings, allowing just one run on a solo home run. He did not issue a walk while striking out a season-high six...RHP Shairon Martis makes his fourth start of the year for the Senators. Martis took a no-decision in his last outing at Reading. In the game, he allowed two runs on four hits with three walks and two strikeouts in five innings of work. Martis one win came against Trenton on April 10.

- The ‘Wolves are 7-6 against the Southern Division

- Harrisburg leads the season series over Erie 2-1. The SeaWolves and Senators meet 21 times in 2008.

- The ‘Wolves are ranked third in the league in team batting with a .264 average. Harrisburg is second in the league, hitting .282.

- Freddy Guzman leads the league with four triples, 16 runs scored and eight stolen bases.

- Saturday night marked the first loss for the SeaWolves when leading after six innings. They had been 6-0 when leading after six.
