Tonight, the SeaWolves will look to rebound from a series opener loss as they take the field in the second game of a four-game series against the Akron Aeros (Cleveland Indians) at Canal Park. Last night, the Aeros jumped ahead in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back as they went on to defeat the Howlers 6-1. The SeaWolves are winless in four games at Canal Park and have scored just seven runs in the four games...Righty Brooks Brown takes the mound for the SeaWolves. He will be matched up against EL All-Star teammate Paolo Espino. Both Brown and Espino tossed scoreless innings in relief on Wednesday in Harrisburg in the Western Divisions 10-3 win. Brown is making his 20th appearance and 10th start of the season. He is also making his third appearance against the Aeros. Brown is 1-1 against Akron. He shut out Bowie for six innings in his last start allowing four hits with a walk and three strikeouts. Brown has not allowed a run in his last 15 innings pitched...Espino is making his 19th appearance and 13th start. He beat the SeaWolves in his last outing on July 9. In the game, Espino allowed a run on four hits with three walks and five strikeouts in five innings of work. The righty is 3-0 with a 1.20 ERA in three appearances, two starts, against the SeaWolves this season.
