----- Today, the SeaWolves look to avoid their first road series sweep and three-game road losing streak as they take on the Akron Aeros (Cleveland Indians) in the final game of a three-game series at Canal Park. Last night, the Aeros swept a doubleheader from Erie, limiting the 'Wolves to just one run on six hits between the two games. The Aeros boast the best record in the league and the league's top pitching staff. They are one of only two teams in the EL with a team ERA under 3.00...Lefty Ramon Garcia takes the mound for the SeaWolves making his fourth appearance and third start with the SeaWolves. Garcia has split time with Erie and Toledo this season. Garcia took a loss in his last start at Reading on May 4. In the game, he allowed six runs on nine hits with two walks and three strikeouts in five innings of work. The SeaWolves lost the game 9-8...Lefty Giovanni Soto takes the mound for the Aeros making sixth start and first against the 'Wolves. Soto has alternated wins and no-decisions in his first five starts. He beat Binghamton in his last start on May 2. In the game, he allowed a run on four hits with two walks while striking out a season-high nine in seven innings of work. Soto has allowed three runs or fewer in four of his five starts and has allowed one run in three of five...The SeaWolves return home on Thursday night to begin a seven-game homestand and four-game series with Altoona. The Aeros will make their first of three trips to Erie beginning on Monday.
