
Ducks fall to Grizzlies in shootout

WEST VALLEY, UT - Peter White scored the deciding goal in the shootout, as the Utah Grizzlies edged the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks, 2-1, Saturday at the E-Center.
Jarrod Skalde scored in regulation for the Grizzlies, who snapped a six-game losing streak against Cincinnati.
Michael Holmqvist had the lone goal for Cincinnati, which has earned points in eight of its last 10 games (7-2-0-1).
David LeNeveu stopped 35 shots in the win for the Grizzlies, while Frederic Cassivi finished with 16 saves for the Ducks.
