Bears fall in overtime 3-2 at Bridgeport

The BEARS score twice late to tie the game, but the Sound Tigers win the game in overtime 3-2.

Bridgeport scored the game's only first period goal when Cole Jarrett picked up a rebound and scored his fifth goal of the season. The Tigers outshot HERSHEY 13-10 in the first period and took a 1-0 lead to intermission.

In the third period, the BEARS rallied with a goal from Mathieu Darche at the 17:29 mark of the third and Jeff Ulmer scored at the 17:29 mark to tie the game. Bridgeport then won it in overtime when Justin Papineau scored at the 4:06 mark of sudden death.

The BEARS return home to GIANT Center Sunday afternoon to face the Norfolk Admirals. Face-off is set for 5:00 p.m.
