Dragons Ryan Wright to Play in All-Star Game

DAYTON, OHIO-Dayton Dragons second baseman Ryan Wright has been selected to play in the 2012 Midwest League All-Star Game to be played on June 19 at the home of the Kane County Cougars, Fifth Third Bank Ballpark in Geneva, Illinois. The Midwest League announced the all-star rosters for the Eastern Division and Western Division teams today.
Wright, a product of the University of Louisville and a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, is batting .315 with one home run and 27 runs batted in for the Dragons. He has played in 51 of the Dragons 57 games.
Wright was the Cincinnati Reds fifth round draft pick in 2011.
