He is batting .370 over the course of the hitting streak. Selsky's average rose yesterday to .289. It hovered between .267 and .287 since April 28.

Selsky is one of three nominees for Dragons Hitter of the Month for May, along with outfielder Kyle Waldrop and second baseman Ryan Wright. Waldrop, the Hitter of the Month for April, hit .253 with two homers and 10 runs batted in during the month. He was named Midwest League Hitter of the Week from May 21 - 27. Wright hit a team-best .349 in May including compiling an 11-game hitting streak, the longest for a Dragons hitter this season. Dragons Pitcher of the Month nominees include relievers Carlos Contreras and Ryan Kemp, and starter Stalin Gerson.
