Lansing, Mich.-Mark Fleury collected four hits and Ricky Bowen fired seven scoreless innings to lead the Dayton Dragons to a 12-0 victory over the Lansing Lugnuts on Monday night. Dayton won three of four games in the series and went 5-2 on their seven-game road trip. The Dragons, winners of nine of their last 11 games overall, have won three straight series for the first time in 2010.

The 12-run win was the Dragons largest of victory this season. They scored two runs in the third inning and then broke the game open with four in the fifth, four more in the sixth, and two in the seventh.

Bowen (5-8) was outstanding over seven innings as he won his third straight start. He allowed just three hits and no runs with one walk and three strikeouts.

Fleury's two-run double in the fifth gave the Dragons a commanding 6-0 lead. On the night, he was 4 for 5 with two doubles and three runs batted in. Henry Rodriguez went 3 for 4 and drove in four runs as he extended his hitting streak to 16 straight games, the third longest in franchise history. Kevyn Feiner also contributed to the 13-hit attack with three hits, a run scored, and an RBI.

The Dragons (21-42, 51-81) return home Wednesday vs. Bowling Green at 7:00 p.m. at Fifth Third Field. Edinson Volquez, optioned by the Cincinnati Reds to Dayton on Tuesday, will start for the Dragons. He is 3-2, 6.17 with the Reds this season as he comes back from "Tommy John" surgery in 2009.

Notes: Dragons shortstop Didi Gregorius was promoted to Lynchburg before Tuesday's game.
