Bakersfield, Calif - "Go, Diego, Go!" Diego, the action-adventure hero, animal and nature lover will be in Condorstown this Saturday, Dec. 16th, when the Condors take on the Victoria Salmon Kings. Doors open at 11a.m., puck drops at noon. A big Condors fan, Diego will be on hand for photo opportunities and everyone in attendance will receive a Condors holiday poster courtesy of Bright House Networks, La Preciosa 105.3 and Rio Bravo Country Club. The poster features forwards Alexandre Bolduc, Rane Carnegie, Todd Griffith, Josh Liebenow and defensemen Tyler Scott and Steve Rodberg.
Saturday is also a Kids Club Day, as all Condors Kids Club members will receive free admission when they present their ID badge at Rabobank Arena box office, courtesy of Bright House Networks, Bakersfield Californian and Wells Fargo Bank. It's a Turn Hockey Into New Knowledge (T.H.I.N.K) Day, which allows students to earn terrace tickets to Saturday's game through exceptional academics and behavior. And Condors fans, don't forget to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the R&D Leather Furniture and Stay Focused Ministries Toy Drive and receive a $1 terrace admission. As well, Bright House Networks is presenting another Family Day, where subscribers can receive $5 admission per person by presenting the coupon available in their cable bill.
After the game, stop by the Holiday Inn Select Autograph Booth located on the concourse behind section 108 and get your holiday poster signed by Rane Carnegie and Todd Griffith.
This Thursday join Voice of the Condors Jake Stevens and Head Coach Marty Raymond live at the Condors Coach's Show at the Q Street Lounge inside the Holiday Inn Select. Special guests include players Danny Taylor and Josh Liebenow. The Coach's Show can also be heard live on KGEO Hot Talk AM 1230. The Holiday Inn Select is located at 801 Truxtun Ave.
Most games, home and away, can be seen online through B2 Networks, accessible via www.bakersfieldcondors.com, and can be heard live on KGEO Hot Talk AM 1230 with "Condors Countdown" starting 15 minutes prior to face off. Saturday's game will be televised live on Bright House Ch. 21 and re-aired Sunday at 7:00pm. All games can also be heard online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com.
Individual game tickets are now on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone through at 322-2525, online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.
