In the sixth inning the Sox scored three more runs to extend their lead to 8, and looked to have the game wrapped up, but the Diablos kept fighting scoring three runs of their own in the bottom of the sixth, thanks to a RBI single from first baseman Jonathan Cisneros and two more from Jose Garcia, to cut the lead to five.
