DeSalvo Inks PTO with Moose

Tulsa, OK - The Tulsa Oilers, proud affiliate of the NHL's Winnipeg Jets and AHL's Manitoba Moose, have announced that rookie forward Dan DeSalvo has signed a Professional Try-Out Agreement with the AHL's Manitoba Moose.

DeSalvo, 24, earns his first American Hockey League audition with the Moose during his first professional season.

The 5-foot-8 forward has logged 55 games with the Oilers, producing 51 points (16 goals and 35 assists)- the most of any ECHL rookie this season.

A product of Rolling Meadows, Illinos, DeSalvo spent his four years prior to the Oilers at Bowling Green State University where he registered 102 total points.

The Oilers are on the road Friday when they visit the league-leading Missouri Mavericks at 7:05 p.m CST.
