PREVIEW: With 15 games remaining in the first half of the season, the Shorebirds have their back against the wall in the divisional race. Delmarva dropped all three games in Greensboro to open this road trip and they've fallen to 5.5 games out of first place, with Hagerstown's six consecutive wins. West Virginia is the Class A Affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates and they are coming home after losing the last two nights to Augusta. Since the Shorebirds opened the season with a 4-6 mark and lost two of the first three series, they have a series record of 8-3-2 over their last 13 sets, going 26-18 over that stretch. Delmarva was just swept for the first time all year on Saturday.

TONIGHT'S OPPONENT: Right-hander Dario Agrazal gets the ball in the series opener. He has never appeared against the Shorebirds and has had a fairly strong season. His numbers ballooned in his last start when he allowed six earned runs on 12 base hits against Lakewood. 15 of the 20 earned runs he's given up this season have come in just three of his 10 starts. Agrazal is from Aguadulce, Panama and signed an international free agent contract with the Pirates in 2012.

LAST GAME QUICK HITS: Delmarva dropped the series finale in Greensboro, 4-3, in gut-wrenching fashion. The Shorebirds got a solo homer from Alex Murphy to tie the game early, his team-leading ninth trip around the bases. He's hit six home runs in his last 10 games. The Shorebirds had a 3-2 lead entering the seventh inning, but Ryan Meisinger coughed up the advantage and gave Greensboro the win. Meisinger had been unbelievable out of the bullpen - the two runs (one earned) he allowed were the first for him since April 18th, a stretch of 19.1 innings. Brian Gonzalez pitched well enough to keep Delmarva in the game, but he wasn't as overpowering against the Grasshoppers as he was last time when he struck out 10. He didn't take a decision.
