Connecticut Defenders News Release
NORWICH, CT-Tonight's game vs. Harrisburg has been postponed due to inclement weather and wet grounds. The game is rescheduled for a double header tomorrow July 2 with two 7 inning games starting at 4:35pm.
All tickets for tonight's game can be redeemed for tomorrow's doubleheader or any other 2009 Defenders home game by submitting them at the box office.
The doubleheader matchup will feature the Defenders LHP-Madison Bumgarner (5-1) against the Senators' RHP-Erik Arnesen (4-2) in game one and RHP-Brooks McNiven (1-2) versus LHP-Matt Chico (0-0) who is doing a MLB Rehab for the Nationals in game two.
The Defenders will be having post-game fireworks tomorrow and Friday July 3.
