Deck Parties Back in 2007

Here is your chance to join Beloit Snappers' fans and sponsors at another one or both of our two big fundraisers this season. The Snappers will be hosting two Deck Parties this summer to benefit the Pohlman Field Improvement Fund on Thursday, June 7th and Thursday, August 16th.
Thursday, June 7th is "Hollywood Night" on the deck. The "Hollywood Night" menu includes:
- Southern California fruit salad with poppy seed dressing
- California roll sushi with wasabi & soy -Grilled les with dip
- Deep fried sweet potato with thyme & honey butter
- Braised medley vegetables
- Grilled breast of chicken stuffed with macadamia nuts, asparagus & oranges
- Stuffed ball tip sirloin filled with sun dried tomatoes & mushrooms with a red wine demi glaze
- Assorted garden herb basted dinner rolls with butter
- Dessert and complimentary beer, wine, and soda served all evening
Thursday, August 16th is "A Night in Tuscany" on the deck. The "A Night in Tuscany" menu includes:
- Traditional Caesar Salad, shredded parmesan & herb croutons
- Italian blend roasted vegetables with basil butter
- Red potatoes & pearl onions
- Tuscan chicken with creamed chunky Roma tomatoes
- Basil grilled chuck steak with balsamic glaze & sun dried tomato salsa
- Cassata al Torno - Sweet Ricotta cheese cake with chocolate chips
- Complimentary beer, wine, and soda served all evening
Both parties begin at 6:00 pm and are catered by Best Events Catering/Kandu Industries. You can purchase a ticket to Deck Parties for $30 per event or $50 for both.
