
Dach Inks Entry Level Deal With Blackhawks

The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that they have signed Kelowna Rockets forward Colton Dach to a three-year entry-level contract that runs through the 2023-24 season ($870,000 salary cap hit).
Dach was selected by Chicago in the second round (62nd overall) in this past July's National Hockey League Draft.
He was acquired by the Rockets in a trade on Tuesday for centre Trevor Wong.
The Fort Saskatchewan, Alta. product registered 20 points (11G, 9A) in 20 regular-season games with the Blades during the 2020-21 season. His 11 goals led the team.
Over the last two seasons, Dach has posted 49 points (22G-27A) through 82 WHL regular-season games. He was the sixth overall selection in the 2018 WHL Draft.
