SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Feb. 9 - Six players scored in double figures as the Los Angeles D-Fenders notched a 104-94 victory over the Sioux Falls Skyforce Friday night at the Sioux Falls Arena.

The loss is Sioux Falls' fifth straight which drops them to 15-14 on the year. Los Angeles improves to 15-14.

"It was a good win for us because we were a little bit down after losing at Dakota and Idaho," Los Angeles head coach Dan Panaggio said. "We focused tonight and got a good effort from everybody."

Forward Andre Patterson led the D-Fenders with 18 points, 11 rebounds and six blocked shots. Forward Sean Banks added 17 while Brian Chase and Jackie Manual both scored 12. Andre Emmett came off the bench to contribute 16 and John Gilchrist had 12.

"[Patterson] scored some big baskets when we needed baskets," Panaggio said.

Los Angeles maintained a double-digit lead the majority of the second half by holding off several Skyforce runs.

"We dug and scratched and clawed and came up with a couple of baskets to stop their runs," Pannaggio said. "We did a good job defensively when we had to."

Guard Frank Williams led all Sioux Falls scorers with 30 points. Eddy Fobbs posted a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Stephen Graham added 13 and Damone Brown had 11.

Los Angeles prevailed hitting 49 percent (40-of-82) of their field goals to the Skyforce's 39 percent (31-of-78). The D-Fenders outscored Sioux Falls 54-32 in the paint.

The Skyforce hosts Los Angeles again tomorrow night at 7 p.m. at the Sioux Falls Arena.
