"D" LIFE ON ABC: NBA Access with Ahmad Rashad takes a look at life in the D-League on ABC stations across the country on Feb. 10 (1 p.m. ET, 3:30 p.m. PT). The show features former D-League MVP Matt Carroll, who has fought his way into the Charlotte Bobcats starting lineup and catches up with Mavericks rookie Jose Barea, who just completed an eight-game assignment with Fort Worth. Viewers also get an all-access pass with Atlanta Hawks' minor league coordinator Harold Ellis as he scouts the Arkansas RimRockers, revealing what he looks for in a player.

CLOSING IN ON 10: After opening the season with a league record 12 consecutive losses, Dennis Johnson and his Austin Toros won their team-record ninth straight game at Colorado on Thursday.

REINER MAKES 10: The Milwaukee Bucks signed Sioux Falls Skyforce center and D-League All-Star Jared Reiner to a 10-day contract on Thursday, making him the 10th GATORADE Call-Up of the season.

CONNECTIONS ... brief look at how D-League connections fared in NBA action on Thursday.
-Twelve (12) former D-Leaguers were on rosters for three NBA games on Thursday.
-Devin Brown (FAY) started, scored 12 points and had four assists in 32 minutes for the Hornets.
-Smush Parker (FLA) started, scored 11 points and had three assists in 24 minutes for the Lakers.
-Ime Udoka (FTW) has started all 50 games for Portland and is third on team in minutes with 1,452.

BACK TO DALLAS: The Dallas Mavericks recalled D-League All-Star forward Pops Mensah-Bonsu from the Fort Worth Flyers on Thursday.

THEY SAID IT: "It is a great feeling. I haven't been in an all-star game since college or high school. I am honored that the coaches and the fans would think so highly of me." ... Austin Toros center Loren Woods on his selection to play in the D-League All-Star Game.

STARS IN VEGAS: The inaugural Gillette D-League All-Star Game in association with 24 Hour Fitness is scheduled for Saturday Feb. 17 on Center Court at NBA All-Star Jam Session at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
