Countdown to Face-Off

For the second straight night, the Kalamazoo Wings will tangle with the Toledo Walleye. Kalamazoo defeated Toledo 5-3 last night at Wings Stadium. On the season, the K-Wings are 2-0-0-0 against the Walleye, with one of the victories occurring at the Huntington Center.

By winning last night, the K-Wings have moved to within one point of the Wheeling Nailers for first place in the North Division. Tonight's contest will cap off five road games for Kalamazoo in a span of six games. After tonight, Kalamazoo will head home to start a three-game home stand beginning on Friday.

Winless in their last three games, the Walleye return home to the Huntington Center, where they own a record of 1-3-0-1. With five points, Toledo enters the night tied with the Cincinnati Cyclones for third place in the North Division.
