Kalamazoo Wings News Release
A battle for first place in the North Division as well as the American Conference will unfold tonight, as the Kalamazoo Wings visit the U.S. Bank Arena to battle the Cincinnati Cyclones. On the season, Kalamazoo is 4-7-1-1 versus Cincinnati and are 0-6-0-0 versus the Cyclones at the U.S Bank Arena.
Losing in overtime to yesterday to Wheeling, Kalamazoo earned a point to extend their lead in the North Division to two points over Cincinnati. The K-Wings have also climbed to within one point of the South Carolina Stingrays for first place in the American Conference.
Having Friday night off, the Cyclones should be well rested. Currently tied with Charlotte for fourth place in the American Conference, Cincinnati trails the K-Wings by one point for first place in the division and are two points behind South Carolina in the top spot in the conference.
