Swampy's Heroes Set to Fly with Paragon Flight

ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades Swampy's Heroes program is set to take flight. The Everblades have teamed up with Paragon Flight Training in Fort Myers to provide flights around the city to Swampy's Hereos on Wednesday, March 31 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Swampy's Hereos is a program developed by the Everblades and Lee Memorial Health Systems to pair a child battling illness with an Everblades player during the hockey season.

The Swampy's Heroes kids will serve as co-pilots with the certified Paragon Flight instructors and their Everblades player for a 30-minute flight around the city of Fort Myers. The children will be able to visit with their Everblades player from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31 at Paragon Flight located at 511 Danley Drive in Fort Myers, Florida. Carrabbas at Gulf Coast Town Center will be providing food during the event as well.

Fans can purchase individual tickets for GAMES "A" & "B" only, which will be Florida's first two home playoff games. The dates for Games "A" & "B" will be determined once the Everblades' final finishing place in the standings is secured. Fans will be able to purchase tickets for Games "A" & "B" by visiting the T.I.B. Bank box office at Germain Arena from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m. or through TicketMaster by calling (800) 745-3000 or via the internet at www.ticketmaster.com.

Florida battles Gwinnett tomorrow night in the Arena at the Gwinnett Center at 7:05 p.m. The two clubs meet for the final time in the regular season on Sunday at 4:05 p.m.
