Playing their final road game in 2012, the Kalamazoo Wings will make the short trip to the Huntington Center to battle the Toledo Walleye. On the season, the K-Wings are 2-2-1-0 against the Walleye, including a record of 0-1-1-0 at the Huntington Center.
Tied with the Evansville IceMen for fourth place in the North Division, Kalamazoo will try to end their recent woes. The K-Wings enter the night trying to snap a seven-game (0-4-2-1) road winless streak. Kalamazoo last won on the road back on November 20th with a 4-3 victory against the Orlando Solar Bears.
Ending a brief two-game home stand, tonight is final home game of the calendar year for the Walleye. Currently in second place in the North Division with 35 points, Toledo trails the Cincinnati Cyclones by three points for first place. On the season, the Walleye are 9-6-0-0 at the Huntington Center.
