Corredor with Three Hits in Senators 10-2 Loss

The Sens dropped to 1-3 on the season with a 10-2 loss to the Somerset Patriots. Estevan Florial hit a pair of home runs including a three-run two-out home run in the third inning to give Somerset an 8-0 lead. Aldrem Corredor had three hits in the game for the Senators.

On Capitol Hill

Sterling Sharp started and went 2.2 innings allowing eight runs but just three earned. In the five run third, none of the runs were earned as the Sens committed two errors.

Ryan Tapani pitched 2.1 scoreless frames striking out three and walking four.

Bryan Dobzanski pitched a perfect sixth but ran into trouble in the seventh inning before leaving.

Jhonatan German came into the game in the seventh inning with the bases loaded and struck out the only batter he faced. He finished the game tossing a scoreless eighth inning.

With the Gavel

- Aldrem Corredor had three hits including a rbi single.

- Ian Sagdal chipped in with a rbi single.

Filibusters

- It was the longest game thus far this season coming in at 3:31 with 350 pitches thrown in the game.

- The Sens committed three errors for a second time in four games this year.

- Jakson Reetz threw out two runners trying to steal Friday night.
