CornBelters Playoff Tickets on Sale Now

NORMAL, Ill. - The Normal CornBelters, presented by Illinois Corn Farmers, announced playoff tickets for the 2015 season are on sale now. This is the first playoff appearance in CornBelters history. The dates, times and opponents are still yet to be determined.
The CornBelters are in the playoffs for the first time in their sixth year history. The Belters (53-34) hold a four game lead over the River City Rascals in the Frontier League West Division and reduce their magic number to clinch the division to five, a combination of Belters wins and Rascals losses.
Single-game ticket prices for the playoffs will be the same as the regular season. It will be $12 for box seats, $8 for reserved bleachers seats with backs and just $6 for lawn seating.
"CornBelters fans are the best fans in the Frontier League! Bloomington/Normal has a great tradition of rallying around their teams and we need our entire community on board for this historic playoff run," said CornBelters President/General Manager Steve Malliet. "I would ask that everyone consider coming out to one or possibly multiple games during our final playoff push week of September 1st to the 6th. We need everyone's help in cheering on the CornBelters to the most successful season in the team's history."
The CornBelters return home for the final six games of the regular season starting Tuesday against the Evansville Otters. Wednesday, Sept. 2nd is Mental Health Awareness Night at the Corn Crib. Head out to show your support and also enjoy Meijer Tail Waggin' Wednesday. Bring your four-legged friends to the ballpark and a Meijer receipt! Reminder, the first 25 fans to present this receipt (dated May-September) will receive four free reserved bleacher with back tickets. Plus one lucky fan will also receive a free $100 Meijer gift card.
Head out to the Corn Crib on Saturday, September 5th to witness the Amazing Christopher, and be part of Princess/Superhero Night! Fans that come dressed like their favorite princess or superhero will receive half off one box seat ticket. There will be a pregame princess/superhero parade, meet and greet with superheroes and princesses along the concourse, post-game kids can run the bases as players sign autographs, and there will be zoo lady face painting. For $15, fans can be a part of the special VIP iced tea and pizza party with their favorite princesses and superheroes. This price includes one box seat ticket to the game and one ticket to the VIP Party. Advanced registration is required and the deadline is August 31st. The Amazing Christopher will return to the Corn Crib for Fan Appreciation night on September 6th. Be at the Corn Crib to support your Normal Cornbelters one last time as they wrap up the 2015 season! Gates open at 2:05 pm and will feature post-game, on-field autographs from players, coaches and our favorite Mascot Corny. All kids in attendance are welcome to run the bases after the game.

The exact dates and times for playoffs are still yet to be determined, but the CornBelters will start all Tuesday through Saturday home games at 6:35 p.m., and Sunday home games will begin at 3:05 p.m. Gates will always open one hour prior to game time. All game times are subject to change.
