
Connecticut Sun Finalize Their Roster

UNCASVILLE, CT. (May 19, 2004) - The Connecticut Sun announced today that it has waived Courtney Coleman, their lone pick in the 2003 draft. Coleman, a 6-foot-0 forward out of Ohio State appeared in 20 games for the Sun last season scoring 38 points and pulling down 20 rebounds. She averaged seven points, six rebounds and 17 minutes in three preseason games this year. The Sun open the 2004 season Saturday at 4 p.m. versus the Phoenix Mercury.
