IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
The Condors cut into a 40-minute deficit early in the 3rd period, but it was not enough as the Stockton Thunder won, 5-1. Bakersfield's lone goal came from LW Sebastien Sylvestre and was assisted by F Connor Leen and D Cameron Abney.
Stockton received a three-point night (1g, 2a) from F Tyler Shattock and 16 saves from G Kent Simpson who came in for an injured G Lucas Gore mideway through the second period. Gore earned the victory, stopping all 17 shots he faced.
CONDORS NOTES
D Cameron Abney has assists in two straight in addition to scoring the game-winning shootout winner on Friday... LW Sebastien Sylvestre, with 23 goals, is fifth all time among Condors rookies.. The Condors are 16-0-2 when allowing two goals or fewer... D Gabriel Verpaelst leads the team with 15 fighting majors. He is third among ECHL d-men and all rookies in that category.
