CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors host the Colorado Eagles at 7 p.m. on Dignity Health Home Ice at Rabobank Arena. Tonight is Fortnite Night where fans can enter to win an XBox One, PS4, or 17-ft. inflatable Battle Bus.
Great seats start at just $12 ($13 day of game) and can be purchased here or at the Rabobank Arena Box Office.
PROMOTION DETAILS: Enter to win an XBox One, PS4, and a 17-ft inflatable Battle Bus, no purchase necessary, presented by 23 ABC and ALT 106.1 KRAB Radio. Videoboard will feature fan-submitted Fortnite celebration dances.

TONIGHT
The Bakersfield Condors face off against the Colorado Eagles for the first time as members of the American Hockey League. The two cities met from 2011-15 as members of the ECHL. It is the first of eight matchups on the season between the two sides. In fact, the teams will meet eight times over the Condors next 28 games, or 28.5% of the team's schedule through January 23.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
Bakersfield had a penalty shot denied early in the first period and fell 4-1 to the San Diego Gulls last night on the road. The loss snapped hte Condors four-game winning streak.
Colorado dropped a pair at home to the visiting Stockton Heat on Tuesday and Wednesday. After a 5-4 overtime loss on Tuesday, the Eagles surrendered three second period goals in a 4-2 loss on Wednesday. RW Logan O'Connor had three goals in the two-game series.
DRAFT AND DEVELOP
The Condors have two of the last three Edmonton Oilers first-round draft picks on the roster. RW Jesse Puljujarvi was taken fourth overall in the 2016 NHL Draft while LW Kailer Yamamoto was selected with the 22nd pick in the 2017 NHL Draft. Both are 20 years old.
YOUTH LEADS THE WAY
Bakersfield has two rookies among the league leaders for first-year professionals. RW Cameron Hebig (6g-6a) and LW Tyler Benson (2g-10a) are each tied for 10th among AHL rookies. Hebig has five power-play goals on the season which leads all rookies and is second in the entire AHL.
CONDORS NOTES
Bakersfield has only been outshot in one game this season. That came last Saturday in Iowa, a 4-3 win for the Condors. The team is first in shots per game at 36.08 and sixth in shots against at 27.50 a contest... The Condors average 3.75 goals a game, eighth in the AHL. Bakersfield has outscored teams 15-9 in the first period this season... Bakersfield is 4-2-0 on home ice this season and have outscored opponents 25-15.
EAGLES NOTES
LW Andrew Agozzino (6a-6a) has 12 points during his current eight-game point streak... Colorado has shorthanded goals in each of their last four games and are tied for the league lead with five on the season... In addition to three goals over the last two games, LW Logan O'Connor has points in seven of his last eight games... Colorado is third in shots for per game at 33.64... The Eagles are the AHL affiliate of the NHL's Colorado Avalanche.
