CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors host the Stockton Heat at 7 p.m. tonight on Dignity Health Home Ice at Rabobank Arena. Celebrate Fat Tuesday with the Condors and enjoy $5 Margaritas and $2 sodas at the game. Doors open at 6 p.m.

TONIGHT

The Bakersfield Condors wrap a three-game home stand tonight against the Stockton Heat. Bakersfield is 5-4-0-0 in nine games against Stockton this season and 2-1-0-0 against the Heat at Rabobank Arena. Including tonight, the final three meetings of the season are in Bakersfield.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

RW Anton Slepyshev scored twice, LW Luke Gazdic had a goal and an assist, and the Condors won for the fifth time this season against Stockton, 4-3, on Saturday night in Bakersfield. The Condors led 4-0 after two periods before a late push from the Heat, but improved to 16-0-1-0 when leading after 40 minutes of play.

Stockton lost their second straight on a three-game road trip despite scoring three times in the third period. C Derek Grant scored for the third straight game and now leads the American Hockey League with 23 goals on the season. G Kevin Poulin suffered the loss after securing the win a week prior against Bakersfield in Stockton.

REINHART ASSIGNED

D Griffin Reinhart was assigned to Bakersfield by Edmonton today. He will not play tonight.

CONDORS NOTES

The Condors are 8-3-1 in their last 12 on home ice... RW Anton Slepyshev notched a multi-goal game for the first time this season on Saturday... Bakersfield is 9-for-29 (27.3%) on the power play against Stockton including RW Rob Klinkhammer's man-advantage goal on Saturday... Klinkhammer has yet to score an even-strength goal in his five games with Bakersfield. He has two shorthanded goals and two power-play tallies... LW Luke Gazdic's multi-point game was his first in the AHL since Jan. 18, 2013 for Texas in Chicago... G Laurent Brossoit has won his last three decisions. He did not record a decision on Friday after being pulled early in the second period.

HEAT NOTES

Stockton is 12-6-0-0 on home ice, but 6-12-1-2 away from Stockton Arena... In addition to leading the league in goals, Grant's 38 points is ninth in the AHL... Winger Colton Orr played for just the 5th time on Saturday. He has nearly 1,200 penalty minutes in the NHL... LW Mason Raymond played his second game with the Heat on Saturday. He is a veteran of nearly 600 NHL games with three organizations.
