Mattson was drafted in the sixth round (#180 overall) by the Blackhawks in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
Next Home Game: Sunday, Feb. 14 vs. Grand Rapids Griffins at 4 p.m. Rockford faces off against Grand Rapids again on Valentine's Day. The meeting will round up a set of three contests between the two squads in 10 nights.
