The Columbia Fireflies scored five runs in the eighth inning to overcome a three-run deficit and then held on for a 5-3 win over the Lexington Legends Tuesday night.

After Matt Wynne replaced Gavin, Dash Winningham singled, sending Paez to third. Desmond Lindsey then singled, scoring both Paez and Winningham.
