Colts Select Winger Jacob Tortora 19th Overall

Barrie, ON- The Barrie Colts are proud to announce today that they have selected left winger Jacob Tortora in the first round, 19th overall in the 2015 OHL Priority Selection, presented by State Farm.

"We are real pleased to get a player of Jake's skill level and caliber with our first pick in the first round. He is a dynamic forward that plays the game with passion and tremendous hockey sense," said Colts General Manager Jason Ford.

The Victor, New York USA native registered 31 goals, 37 assists for 68 points in 52 games played while tallying 56 penalty minutes this past season with the Don Mills Flyers.

"Jake wants to be a player and relentlessly works to reach that goal," added Ford.
