Last Week's Games:
(Wednesday, Feb. 24th vs. Alaska) Colorado rallied from a 2-1 deficit after two periods by scoring three goals in the third to defeat the Alaska Aces 4-2 on Wednesday at the Budweiser Events Center. Forward Ludwig Karlsson notched a goal and an assist in his first game back after missing the previous 12 contests with an injury. Goaltender Kris Lazaruk stopped 33 of the Aces' 35 shots as he made just his second start since November 28th.
(Friday, Feb. 26th vs. Alaska) For the second-consecutive game Colorado rallied from a 2-1 deficit, this time forcing overtime and ultimately capturing a 3-2 win over Alaska on Friday. Defenseman Adrian Veideman scored the game-winning goal just 51 seconds into the extra session, while goaltender Clarke Saunders stood tall in net, making 32 saves on 34 shots in the victory.
(Saturday, Feb. 27th vs. Alaska) The Eagles jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the first period of action, but Alaska would storm back with a pair of goals in the second, setting up a three-goal onslaught by Colorado in the third that lead the Eagles to a 5-2 win on Saturday. Forward Jesse Mychan registered a goal and an assist, while fellow forward Johnny Lazo added two goals of his own, including the game-winner. The victory brought Colorado's winning streak to four-consecutive wins.

This Week:
(Wednesday, Mar. 2nd vs. Fort Wayne, 7:05pm MST) Colorado faces the Fort Wayne Komets for the second time this season and for the first time at the Budweiser Events Center since February 9, 2013. The Eagles hold a 1-0 record in the season series, as Colorado captured a 5-4 overtime victory against the Komets on February 21st in Fort Wayne. The Komets enter with the league's top-ranked power play unit at 21.6%.
(Saturday, Mar. 5th vs. Allen, 7:05pm MST) The Eagles welcome in the Allen Americans for the final regular season meeting between the two clubs. Colorado holds a record of 3-3 against the Americans this season and are 1-1 against Allen at the Budweiser Events Center. Former Eagle Chad Costello leads the Americans and the ECHL in both points (76) and assists (55), while Eagles forward Trent Daavettila is currently 2nd in the league in points (60) and assists (42).
(Sunday, Mar. 6th vs. Fort Wayne, 3:05pm MST) Colorado meets up with the Fort Wayne Komets for the final time during the regular season, as the two teams square-off in the Eagles only home matinee game of the season. The Eagles are 2-2 this season on Sundays and their last Sunday contest featured Colorado claiming a 5-4 overtime victory over the Komets on February 21st at War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne.

Saturday, March 5th - the Colorado Eagles face off against the Allen Americans and will also host the Zooperstars who will be performing in both intermissions and entertaining fans throughout the night. The Denver 7News team, the official news and weather station of the Eagles will be in attendance. Don't miss your chance to meet your favorite personalities, Anne Trujillo, Eric Kahnert, Lionel Bienvenu, Arran Anderson and Mike Nelson in the Water Valley Tap.
Sunday, March 6th - is the Family and Faith game, presented by Thrivent Financial. The Eagles will host the Fort Wayne Komets for the second time this week in a matinee special starting at 3:05pm. Don't miss out on this Pepsi Family 4-Pack game and get 4 tickets and 4 $10 concession vouchers starting at just $88. To celebrate family and faith, there will be a special performance of God Bless America by an octet featuring members from the Loveland Choral Society, directed by Clifford Schultz. The Princesses from Wands and Wishes will be available on the concourse for photographs, as well as special family-friendly booths and a generosity fair to support local non-profits. Thrivent Financial will be awarding a $5,000 grant to one participant of the generosity fair through their program, 'Share The Vote' and you, the fans will be able to send in your vote via text during the game to let us know which non-profit you would like to see Thrivent Financial support!
The contestants of Kid's Haven "Diaper Derby" take the ice in the first intermission during this year's baby races. In the second intermission, Thrivent Financial presents the Youth Hockey Relay Race with Northern Colorado Pee Wee hockey players. Don't forgot to line-up behind sections P and Q immediately following the game to get autographs from Eagles players Everett Sheen, Channing Boe, Teigan Zahn and Colin Joe.
Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to skate with the Eagles players on the ice after the game for the second Skate With The Eagles event of the season. (Space is limited, follow the directions on your Skate With The Eagles ticket in your season ticket book to register).
